Description
LTC3780 step up and step down regulator module is a 10A highly efficient stabilized power supply module. The input voltage can be lower, higher or equal to the output voltage, as its a buck/boost converter with the ability to both step up or down the output voltage. The output voltage can be maintained stably. In other words, this is a buck boost converter, which is a kind of high efficient power supply module with Constant voltage, constant current, under-voltage protection.
The LTC3780 IC is a high performance buck-boost switching regulator controller that operates from input voltages above, below or equal to the output voltage. The constant frequency current mode architecture allows a phase-lockable frequency of up to 400kHz. With a wide 4V to 30V (36V maximum) input and output range, and seamless transfers between operating modes, the LTC3780 is ideal for automotive, telecom and battery-powered systems.
