Return Policy

We are alsways trying to do our best to make a fantastic purchase experience for our customers. But not always, everything is as we expect. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, do not hesitate to contact our committed support team.
All returns must be authorized by Cafe Robot prior to sending them back. Please send an email to support@electropeak.com regarding your issue and return details. Please note that returns may take up to 7 days to process (not including transit time).

 1. Unmodified Products Return

You can return any unused and unmodified product withn 90 days of your purcahse date. Returns must include any accessories, documentation, etc. included with the product. Your return may be denied if incomplete or damaged.

2. Incorrectly Published Product Details

We make every attempt to have accurate information on our website, but if you believe the product specification is different from product details on Cafe Robot website, you can ask for exchange or refund. You should submit your return request within 90 days of your purchase.

Use of this service is only possible if the goods are returned in their original box. Tagging or writing description, address or any other text on the original product box, or tearing it and destroying it will eliminate the possibility of returning the product.

3. Defective Merchandise

If you have modified your part and something goes wrong, our dedicated team of technicians are ready to help and troubleshoot your merchandise. Cafe Robot will allow defective merchandise to be returned for an exchange or refund.  Note that if Cafe Robot is unable to reproduce the problem(s), the item will be shipped back and you will be charged for the return shipping. Whether or not an item is considered defective is determined in the sole discretion of Cafe Robot.

4. Damaged in Shipment

Please email support@electropeak.com right away. Include a description of the damages and pictures of the damaged items/packaging. This information is very helpful to us in assessing how we package our orders and helps prevent similar problems in the future. Replacements will be arranged with Customer Service as needed.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If you are returning an unused and unmodified item for a refund, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs
  • If you are exchanging a defective item or an item you received in error due to a packaging mistake at Cafe Robot warehouse, Cafe Robot will refund you the return shipping costs.
  • For items returned to Cafe Robot, Cafe Robot will not cover the cost of "expedited" shipping. Please choose a standard shipping option that provides tracking (UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, etc.).  If you are unsure about which shipping method to choose, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
  • Cafe Robot requires that the item and its packaging be in un-used, "like new" condition with all original packaging, cabling, manuals, etc. included, or the return will be refused.
