May I cancel or change my order after it is submitted?
Electropeak begins processing your order immediately, therefore, it may not be possible to cancel the order. Requests for cancellations may be conducted by online chat or email only. To request the status of your order, please contact our Customer Care Center during business hours Monday – Friday 9am to 6pm GMT+8. We apologize but order details including item, address changes, and credit card information may not be changed or modified after they are submitted. A new replacement order must be submitted to correct any customer or order information that is in error. Please contact Customer Care to assist you with your request.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can check your order status on your account page. You may also visit this page after logging in and navigate to your desired order. You can also contact our support team via chat or email.
What is the delivery time for my order?
Most orders are shipped within two business days. Currently, we ship all orders by DHL Express Worldwide service which takes around 3-5 business days to metropolitan areas. So you should get your shipment around 7 after the payment is completed.
What shipping methods are available?
Currently, we ship all orders by DHL Express Worldwide. Although DHL accepts shipments to almost all countries, we may choose another express courier if DHL refuses to ship to your address.
How do I qualify for free express shipping?
If your order is over $60 and less than 2Kg, your order is qualified for free DHL shipping.
Do I have to pay for import duties?
It depends on your country. Most countries do not have any import duty for packages up to a certain value. Please check with your local customs office. You will be responsible to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company.
When will my credit card be charged for an order?
Your credit card will be charged immediately after you placed an online order in most cases.
What are the available payment methods?
You can pay for your order via Paypal gateway. Paypal also support payment by credit cards (Visa, Master Card), so if you do not have a Paypal account you can pay by credit card. What if I received damaged or defective items?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Care Associate through online chat or email Support@electropeak.com. Please be sure to have your order number, item info, and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. Please know in some cases we may ask for pictures of the damage to for our quality control purposes. If you do not contact Customer Service, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

What are the requirements for a apply for a dealer account?
To apply for a dealer account, you must have purchased at least $1000 in the past 6 months. After reaching this amount, please email us at email@example.com to upgrade your account. Please note that you must order a minimum of $2000 a year to keep your dealer account active.
