Description
3D Printer MK8 Brass Extruder Nozzle [0.3mm, 0.5mm] package contains of 1.75mm common nozzle extrusion from brass material, which is made under the MakerBot MK8 model and suitable for Replicator 1, 2 and 2x, Prusa, older FlashForge. The 1.75mm is the size of its feed filament and the input hole diameter is a little more than filament diameter, here is 2.0mm. Also, a nozzle has a thinner hole at its end known as output hole, which nozzle extrudes out the molten plastic through this hole and spread on the heat bed. This nozzle is provided in two optional spouting output hole size of  0.3mm and 0.5mm. without any weight or price difference.
The extruder is the base of the printing process. The solid plastic of the printing material known as filament gets into the extruder, then be melted due to high temperature and get out according to programmed command. This acts as a programmed fancy hot glue gun. The extruder has two main parts of the hot end and cold end, together (Direct extruder) or separated (Bowden extruder). the nozzle is the last part of the extruder, which removes the melted plastic on the heat bed to form layer by layer the object under printing. The nozzle is like a small rigid hole to direct the hot melted plastic on the bed print as a thin surface at each step. This hole size is very important and results in more accuracy (finner details) and the speed of the printing. Obviously, the smaller hole size can achieve more precision and more time spending on printing.
