Description
T8 Stainless Steel Lead Screw With T-Type Nut package contains of a T8-2-D8 lead screw and T-type nut, which is made of 304 stainless steel, anti-corrosion, and high-temperature resistant material. This lead screw is a trapezoidal screw with 300mm length and 8mm diameter, which has the uniform thread with balance force, and smooth sliding, to lead its T-type nut, by the motion of the stepper motor during the 3D printing process. This nut is a T-shaped flange nut which is paired with the T8 lead screw (8 mm stainless steel 4-start lead screw of the 3d printer z-axis ) of the Reprap CNC stepper motor part or 3D printer project and guides the screw. This nut has an 8mm inner diameter, with different pitch size of 1mm, 2mm, 4mm, 8mm, 12mm, 14mm (optional size) without additional cost.
The fundamental duty of a lead screw is the turret motion through an accurate growth for every turn of the screw, results in enabling the machine to produce threads in a workpiece, aids in producing accurate dimensions (length and diameter parameters), and to keep a constant rate of metal removal.
