RCWL-1605 is an integrated transceiver ultrasonic ranging
module designed using our independently developed chip RCWL-9623.
By default, the software is fully compatible with our old version HC-SR04; it can be set to UART, IIC or single bus mode through resistors. 25CM blind zone, 4.5M typical maximum distance, 2mA ultra-low operating current. The self-developed chip RCWL-9625 is used to make its peripherals more concise, with a wider operating voltage (2.8-5.5V) and more interface functions.
