Description
The OV2640 is the world’s first 1/4 inch 2 megapixel (1632 x1232) sensor.
This module is small with low function voltage, monolithic UXGA camera and image processor which can be connected to the STM32F429IG development board. It also can be output by SCCB bus control, whole frame, sampling, take the way such as window resolution of 10 sampling data. The UXGA image has a maximum of 15 frames per second. Users can complete control of image quality, data format and transmission mode.
All the process of image processing functions, including gamma curve, white balance, saturation and chroma can be through the SCCB programming interface.
The OV2640 takes advantage of the many processes and design improvements of the new OmniPixel2 architecture, including more vibrant color, a zero-gap microlens structure, and an increased fill factor as well as significant improvements in the quantum efficiency and full well capacity resulting in a very small but highly sensitive.
