The LM35DZ Temperature Sensor is a precision integrated-circuit temperature sensor with an output voltage linearly proportional to Centigrade temperature. It is calibrated directly in ° Celsius, making it straightforward to use in temperature measurement and control circuits. The sensor does not require external calibration or trimming for typical accuracy performance. It supports single power supplies as well as plus and minus supplies. The LM35DZ is packaged in a hermetic TO-92 transistor package.
