It combines the IR sensitive thermopile detector chip and the signal conditioning chip in a TO-46 package. The module is factory calibrated and supports digital temperature reading through an SMBus-compatible interface. It is designed for compact integration and continuous temperature sensing. This MLX90615 sensor module provides 0.02°C resolution and supports sleep mode via SMBus command.
