A6 GSM Wireless Module (GPRS/GSM/SMS)

Description
This development board supports dual band GSM and GPRS networks. The module can, among other things, send and receive SMS as well as receive GPRS (no GPS) data. The frequencies on which this board works are: 850Mhz, 900Mhz, 1800Mhz and 1900Mhz. Due to power saving techniques, the module only uses 3mA in standby mode. The module is therefore very suitable for mobile projects. Comes with corresponding antenna with SMA interface and exclusive SIM card (a SIM card is required to use this module).
