The IR2113S is a high-voltage, high-speed gate driver IC designed to drive both high-side and low-side power MOSFETs or IGBTs. Featuring a floating channel for bootstrap operation and a 600 V voltage class, it is ideal for motor control, SMPS, UPS, and solar inverter applications. It supports 3.3 V logic, offers matched propagation delays, and integrates under-voltage lockout for added protection.
