The IR2112S is a high-voltage, high-speed gate driver designed to control both high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs. It supports up to 600 V floating operation and is ideal for motor drives, power supplies, and half-bridge or full-bridge circuits. The device features undervoltage lockout, 3.3 V logic compatibility, matched propagation delays, and a built-in shutdown function for safety.
