At the top of the FNIRSI 1013D oscilloscope, there are two input channels enabling users to simultaneously measure two distinct signals for comparative analysis, such as assessing the input and output signals of a power amplifier unit. The input channels incorporate high-voltage protection modules capable of managing input voltages of up to 400V. In addition to the input channels, there are power supply toggle buttons and a USB Type-C port. These constitute the sole external interfaces and buttons on the oscilloscope.

The hardware architecture uses an Arm + FPGA + high-speed ADC design. The oscilloscope uses the ANLOGIC EF2L45LG144B FPGA and two ADC with illegible markings used to process digital signals.Also we can see the display part relies on the Allwinner F1C100s ARM9 processor to drive the TFT screen.
