SHT10 Digital Humidity Temperature Sensor

Description
The SHT1x digital humidity sensor is a reflowable sensor, It integrates sensor components and signal processing circuits with a small footprint and provides a fully calibrated digital output. A unique capacitive sensor element is used to measure relative humidity, while temperature is measured by a bandgap sensor. Humidity sensors seamlessly link 14-bit analog-to-digital converters and serial interface circuits for good signal quality, fast response times, and interference immunity (EMC). Each SHT1x humidity sensor is individually calibrated in a precision humidity chamber. The calibration coefficients are programmed in the OTP memory on the chip. These coefficients are used for signal internal calibration of the sensor. Two-wire serial interface and built-in voltage regulation make system integration easy.
