Single Channel Power MOSFET Switch Module [3.3V-36V] [15A] package contains of the high power active switch that can be controlled by an external trigger signal such as a PWM signal, DC signal, etc. This switch module is based on a pair of high power MOSFET that be triggered by a trigger signal to switch the driving line of electrical or electromechanical devices. These two MOSFETs are parallel that create parallel active output to achieve more conductivity, less internal resistance, more electric current, and higher power. This switch can continuously conduct 15A high current at 5V up to 36V DC and so 400W power in common environmental condition resulted in supporting a variety of high power devices without any consideration.
This switchboard has 3 pairs terminal, a pair of screw terminal for supplying, 1 pair screw terminal for output driving line (connect to the power device) and a pair of pad solder for input triggering signal. This active Switch can be supplied with a wide range of voltages from TTL logic level (3.3V) up to 36V DC power supply that can be commanded from a 3.3V up to 20V trigger signal of the single-chip IO port, PLC interface, through a PWM signal (signal frequency 0--20KHZ perfect support), DC power supply, etc. This switchboard can be used for driving and controling (by PWM pulse, etc.) power equipment such as electromechanical motors, light lamps, LED light modules, DC motors, micro-pumps, solenoid valves, etc.Specificatoins of High-Power Dual MOSFET Switch Module - 15A PWM:
