8002D (FH8002D), 3W Audio Amplifiers, SO-8 (SOP-8) - Pack of 50

The 8002D is a Class-AB audio power amplifier IC available in an SO-8 (SOP-8) package. It is capable of delivering up to 2.9 watts of output power into a 4Ω load with a 5V supply voltage and less than 10% Total Harmonic Distortion plus Noise (THD+N). Additionally, it can provide up to 1.8 watts into an 8Ω load under the same conditions. The 8002D features an internal circuit to suppress pop noise during power-on and power-off transitions and has a shutdown current of less than 0.5µA. These features make it ideal for use in portable audio systems and low-power devices.
