This is a PT2272 315MHz 4 channel wireless RF remote control receiver module with a controller transmitter.
There are four buttons on the remote control, corresponding to the four output pins of the receiver board D0, D1, D2 and D3 respectively.

Setting up a 4-channel remote control:
In this model, there is a green piece on the receiver board with a screw in the middle.
Turn it a little with a small screwdriver and then press the remote button to see if the desired pin changes.
Repeat this by increasing and decreasing that screw until the remote is connected to the module.
Then to adjust the distance with the help of another person, increase the distance between the remote and the receiver and press a key on the remote frequently and check the receiver side of the base. Whenever you lose the signal, turn the screw slightly to Receive the signal again.
With this method, you can also adjust the range of the module, and you can easily get antenna coverage up to 4 meters (in a direct line of sight) without an External antenna.
This remote can work with 315 MHz fixed code receivers. To code this remote, it must be opened and the bases related to coding must be soldered.
