8mm Zinc Alloy Pillow Block Bearing [KP08] contains of pillow block bearing with 2 holes, which is made of a ball bearing insert K08 and a zinc die-cast housing P08. Therefore this pillow block bearing model is KP08. A pillow block, known as a plummer block or bearing housing is a foundation supporter of a rotating shaft. This pillow block bearing is made of Zinc-Aluminium alloy to achieve more strength, hardness, tolerating pressure, better self-lubricating property,  low friction, and more thermal conductivity. The outer housing has 2 holes for easy mounting and fixing the block bearing in many applications even with space constraint and high radial loads. The inner ring is equipped with screws to fasten and more tighten contact with the shafts. Its core and the seat can have misalignment or not flat (a little ambiguous), so this misalignment is not a problem and does not affect the use. If it is necessary to fix the seat and the core, please fix the seat. If this bearing is used for the long shaft (iron rod), can be adjusted the position. This bearing block is designed to have high damping characteristics for reducing vibration and noise.
