Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the voltage of the switching power supply is stable before connecting to the inductor.

Usage Precautions

Based on the various problems reported by our friends and the problems that arise during use, we will explain them here. You must comply with them before use.

  • The input voltage of this module is 12V, which does not mean that all 12V power supplies can be used. Some novice buyers use power supplies with smaller power. The specific voltage and current of this module have requirements. The voltage of 12V and the current must be above 10A. The power supply can only be used. If the power of the power supply is too low, the actual output voltage of the power supply will be greatly reduced during high power output. When the voltage is lower than 12V, it will cause two MOS tubes to be turned on at the same time, which will burn out the MOS tubes;
  • Some buyers will not pay attention to the power requirements of the power supply when using it, causing the MOS tube to heat up. If you find that the MOS tube is heating abnormally, you must first consider whether the output of the power supply meets the requirements.
  • Do not leave the board unloaded, otherwise it will emit high-frequency noise, and then the MOS tube will heat up and burn out.
  • It is recommended to use a 36V30A power supply for induction heating. The 12V power supply is too small and has almost no response when heated. Moreover, heating the 12V power supply can easily cause the power supply output voltage to decrease. It is very dangerous if it is lower than 12V.
  • Induction heating power is very high, and heat generation is inevitable. Be sure to dissipate heat well.
