X850 only supports MSATA SSD hard drive, an expansion board designed to solve Raspberry Pi storage problems.

Q1: What should I do if I can't recognize it?

answer:

  1. Please make sure all hardware is installed correctly, please refer to the installation guide;
  2. Try to replace the USB connector with a blue USB cable to check if it is a problem with the USB connector;
  3. Please take out your SSD card and check if the Raspberry Pi can find the device;
  4. Please check your Raspberry Pi firmware, or try it with another Raspberry Pi. Because some errors may occur during the downloading process.
