- Please make sure all hardware is installed correctly, please refer to the installation guide;
- Try to replace the USB connector with a blue USB cable to check if it is a problem with the USB connector;
- Please take out your SSD card and check if the Raspberry Pi can find the device;
- Please check your Raspberry Pi firmware, or try it with another Raspberry Pi. Because some errors may occur during the downloading process.
