The Tuya T5AI smart development board is an advanced open-source platform based on TuyaOpen+AI architecture, specifically built for independent developers. It gives developers access to commercial-grade, open-source code—including proven AI frameworks used in over 100 million devices—enabling creativity and innovation in the smart IoT domain. It also supports developer collaboration through Tuya's global ecosystem.
Powered by the high-performance T5QN88 chip, based on the ARMv8-M Star (M33F) architecture, the board runs at 480MHz and includes a rich memory suite: 8MB PSRAM, 4MB SiP Flash, and 640KB shared SRAM. This architecture supports complex AI algorithms and ensures stable and rapid system response.
For audio applications, the board integrates 2x 16-bit Audio ADCs, 1x 16-bit DAC, and a 4-band digital equalizer, offering accurate voice signal capture and high-quality playback. It features two microphones and one speaker to enable clear voice interaction for intelligent voice commands and feedback.
The T5AI board also supports multiple display interfaces, including I2C, SPI, RGB, and 8080, making it suitable for various screen sizes and types, from segment LCDs to full-touch HD displays. It also includes a DVP camera interface and USB Type-A and Type-C ports for device integration and debugging.
Connectivity is robust, with dual-band Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11b/g/n/ax), 20/40MHz channel bandwidth, MU-MIMO support, Bluetooth/Wi-Fi coexistence (PTA), and Target Wake Time (TWT). Bluetooth LE 5.4 provides low-power, high-stability wireless communication with +6dBm transmission power and -97dBm sensitivity.
