Description
This is a "momentary" capacitive touch sensor meaning that it doesn't stay pressed when released. It has a 0.5-second auto calibration period after power on. After that, as long as a touch is detected (e.g. from a finger), the in-built LED lights up and the output pin reads HIGH. Otherwise, the output is kept LOW. It is a sleek and stylish substitute for a clunky click button when controlling electrical appliances.
