MK-328 TR LCR ESR Transistor Tester is an electronic component tester for semiconductor and passive parts. It measures most diodes, bipolar transistors, Junction MOS FETs, and low-power thyristors. The tester automatically identifies device types and pins. It also measures HFE current and FET junction capacitance. In addition, it can be used as an RLC and ESR tester. The unit uses a 12864 dot matrix LCD display and a 9V battery compartment for convenient battery replacement.
