8mm Zinc Alloy Flange Pillow Block Bearing [KFL08] contains of pillow block bearing with 2 hole flanges and diamond-shaped, which is made of a ball bearing insert K08 and a zinc die-cast housing FL08. Therefore this pillow block bearing model is KLF08. A pillow block, known as a plummer block or bearing housing is a foundation supporter of a rotating shaft. This pillow block bearing is made of Zinc-Aluminium alloy to achieve more strength, hardness, tolerating pressure, better self-lubricating property,  low friction, and more thermal conductivity. The outer housing has 2 hole flange for easily mounting and fixing the block bearing in many applications even with space constraint and high radial loads. The inner ring is equipped with screws to fasten and more tighten contact with the shafts. 
 KFL08 Zinc-Aluminium alloy pillow block bearing is specialized for linear shafts, leadscrews, and ball screws in CNC machines, 3D printers, and so on.
