The HTU21D Digital Temperature and Humidity Sensor is an OEM sensor for measuring humidity and temperature in a compact digital form. It combines a capacitive humidity sensing element with a temperature sensor. Each sensor is individually calibrated, compensated for, and tested. The sensor provides humidity and temperature outputs in I²C format for simple data processing. It also supports programmable resolution and low power consumption for battery operation.
