How to use of High Precision Resistive Thin Film Pressure Sensor Module
- The sensor module works with a built-in 510KΩ resistor. One end of the sensor connects to 5V, the other to the resistor, and finally to GND. The signal pin is connected to the analog port of a microcontroller.
- Resistance calculation formula: *R = (1023 - A0) 510 / A0** (unit: KΩ).
- From resistance value, the applied pressure can be estimated.
- Maximum measurable pressure is 5000g; above this value resistance remains nearly constant.
- Ensure the test object presses on the recessed sensing area. Place a small object within the sensing zone for accurate results if used on flat surfaces.
