Description
A heat sink is a passive heat exchanger that can control the heat generated by an electronic or mechanical device, allowing optimal control of the temperature of the device levels. Computers, cooling bodies are used to cool central processing units or graphics processors. Cooling bodies are used with high power semiconductor devices, where the power of heat dissipation of the component itself is not enough to moderate the temperature.
