Instructions for Use
- Polarity Markings: Input and output polarity are clearly marked in Chinese for easy identification.
- Output Voltage Adjustment:
- Adjustable range: DC 2.5V to 58V (decrease clockwise, increase counterclockwise).
- Set the desired output voltage while the output is no-load. Afterward, connect the load and adjust the constant current to 1.2-1.5 times the load current.
- Output Current Adjustment:
- Adjustable range: 0.1A to 30A (turn down clockwise, turn up counterclockwise).
- First, adjust the output voltage with no load (no-load voltage should be 2-3V higher than the load voltage). Set the constant current to the minimum. Connect an ammeter in series at the output, turn on the load, and slowly adjust the current to the desired value.
- Output Indicator: The output indicator lights up when there is output.
Notes
- Safety: For input and output voltages above 36V, ensure electrical safety to prevent electric shock.
- High Current Operation: Tighten the terminal block screws securely when working with high current.
- Voltage and Current Limits: Do not exceed the maximum input and output voltage and current to avoid damaging the power supply.
- Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation and heat dissipation during prolonged full-load operation to extend the power supply's lifespan.
Maintenance: Keep the device free from dust and moisture.
