Ai-Thinker VC-02-Kit Offline Voice Recognition Module

The VC-02-Kit is a development board designed for the VC-02 module, sharing the same board as the VC-01-Kit. This development board integrates the CH340C serial port to a USB chip, providing a basic debugging interface and USB upgrade interface. It includes a wake-up light and cooling lamp for status indication and control instructions, making it easy to debug simple control functions. The VC-02 is a low-cost, purely offline speech recognition module developed by Shenzhen Ai-Thinker Technology Co., Ltd.

The module uses the US516P6 voice chip from Unisound, continuously optimizing and innovating algorithms in speech recognition technology. The offline recognition algorithm and chip architecture are deeply integrated, offering customers ultra-low-cost offline speech recognition solutions. It can be widely and quickly applied to smart homes, various small smart household appliances, 86 boxes, toys, lamps, and other products requiring voice control.

The US516P6 chip employs a 32-bit RISC architecture core, a DSP instruction set specifically for signal processing and speech recognition, an FPU arithmetic unit supporting floating-point operations, and an FFT accelerator. The VC-02 supports offline recognition of 150 local commands, features an RTOS lightweight system, offers rich peripheral interfaces, and includes simple and user-friendly custom tools.
