Description:
2GT timing belt is widely used in a 3D printer to transfer rotation motion into linear motion. From stepper motor motion (round) to XYZ axis movement which is linear.
This is a timing belt with 2GT (2mm pitch to pitch) teeth, and it fits with a 2GT pulley too.
Precautions:
- 1. Forbidden twists and turns, to avoid damage to the skeleton material, because it will affect the intensity of the belt. Do not scratch the belt, to avoid early belt damage.
- 2. Avoid contact with chemicals (especially strong oxidizing acids, such as concentrated sulfuric acid).
- 3. Avoid long-term contact with oil and water.
- 4. When replacing the timing belt, the belt tension must be reduced to a minimum before it can be removed.
