Please make sure to publish my comment 1- Some of ElectroPeak's goods are extremely cheap, and this is the only reason I buy from this website. They are fast at delivery, and they inform you about the process both by email and SMS. 2- What is the reason of putting a kid's photo on the site as the founder? That's beyond me. Is it because you want us to give this kid some confidence? I think it leaves a bad feeling in the buyer's mind. The first time I saw the site, I felt like it was a joke. 3- The website algorithm is good but it's got a lot of bugs; it was really painful for me to post a comment, and retrieve the password. Let me give you a clear example to prove this. I was gonna buy an LM2596T regulator, but there were only 4 of them in stock, and the system didn't let me buy because there must be at least 5 items in stock, which is a bug itself. Moving on, I called the support team and told them to take care of this problem, they said it would be done in 2 minutes but it didn't, and I couldn't buy it. Plus the support team member was not good at electronics, and didn't even know anything about switching regulators. 4- I will still buy from you just because of the lower prices, but I'm not satisfied with your site at all. Also there's no comments for most of the components we buy, which shows that the previous buyers, like me, just wanted to buy, and didn't expect anything out of the comments of previous buyers or experts. Take L24Yk module, for example, it says we set up the circuit according to the attached map, but there is no attachments. You don't care bout these issues at all.July 6, 2022
